On December 10, 2010, Charles Hamilton was arrested by Cleveland Police on East 4th, near Euclid, for assaulting a Police Officer. Witnesses on scene state that Charles Hamilton was running in and out of bars and restaurants in the area, yelling at employees and customers. A Cleveland Police Officer confronted Charles Hamilton and asked him to stop and to leave the area. Charles Hamilton responded by yelling obscenities at the Officer, and then by punching him in the face. After a short struggle, Charles Hamilton was arrested by the officer.
